At Unfolding Stillness, all of our offerings—whether guided meditations, video sessions, printable materials, or digital gift cards—are delivered as digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including:

  • Audio files (e.g., guided meditations, including bundles and subscriptions)

  • Video content

  • Downloadable or printable PDF materials

  • Digital gift cards

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is deemed “used” and cannot be returned.

Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • You have selected the correct product before purchasing.

  • Your device and software are compatible with the digital file formats we provide.

  • You download and save your files upon receiving access.
